Avaya has produced a series of units that they collectively call, IP Office. These units are designed specifically to meet the needs of small to medium size enterprise companies (SMEs) where each site can support from 2 to 360 extensions. They currently consists of five models, small business edition, IP401, IP403, IP406 and IP412 capable of supporting advanced communication tools that include Voicemail, Computer Telephony, Unified Messaging, Operator Stations, Auto-attendants, Contact Centers and IP Telephony using core software that includes 2 to 180 port PBX, Internet Access Router, PRI/Analog trunks, 8-port LAN Hubs, Remote Access Server, Firewall and H232 VoIP Gateway. more info...
